Disconnect a provider
An authorised Aura OS administrator can disconnect an enabled Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or LinkedIn connection from the organisation's connection settings. Disconnecting prevents future Aura OS access using that connection but does not automatically delete data already held by the provider itself.
Request deletion from Aura OS
Email support@aura-os.in with the subject Aura OS Data Deletion Request. Include:
- the organisation or academy name;
- your relationship to that organisation;
- the connected provider, if relevant;
- the account, Page, property, profile or phone identifier needed to locate the connection; and
- enough information for us to verify your authority.
Do not send passwords, OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, app secrets or API keys.
What we delete
After verification, Aura OS will delete or de-identify personal and provider-derived information that is no longer required to provide the service, subject to legitimate security, legal, financial, fraud-prevention and audit retention requirements. Where applicable, provider credentials will be revoked or removed from Aura OS.
Provider-specific data
Aura OS deletion does not itself delete information held independently in Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or another provider. To delete data held by those providers, use the controls supplied by that provider.
Facebook and Instagram
This page serves as Aura OS's public user-data deletion instructions for Meta integrations. A user may request deletion of Meta-derived data held by Aura OS using the process above.
For WhatsApp Business data processed through Aura OS, verified deletion requests may include conversation records and provider-derived metadata held by Aura OS, subject to applicable retention requirements and the customer's own legal obligations.
Customers may disconnect Google access at any time. Verified requests can ask Aura OS to delete Google-derived data held by Aura OS, subject to provider-specific storage restrictions and legitimate retention requirements.
Customers may disconnect LinkedIn access and request deletion of LinkedIn-derived data stored by Aura OS. Aura OS will follow applicable LinkedIn storage and deletion requirements for data received through LinkedIn APIs.
